MATERIALS: Wool Floss, 2 balls (1-oz. balls) each of light and dark colors...1 pair No. 9 Knitting Needles.With dark color cast on 105 sts. Work in garter st (k each row) for 10 inches. Break off. Attach light color and continue for 10 more inches. Break off. Attach light color and continue for 10 more inches. Bind off. Block pieces to measure 24 x 24 inches. ...and that's the entire pattern, word-for-word -honest! So how in the world do you suppose it ends up looking like this? |
